If you are not a Pakistani national and wish to register with IRIS you can do it in two ways either by visiting the local RTO yourself or by providing authority letter to someone to go on your behalf.
- Visiting RTO:
- Visit the relevant Tax Office
- Provide these details to the facilitation officer:
1. Registration No.
2. Copy of Passport
3. Email Address
4. Cell Number must be registered on your name. - Facilitation Officer shall modify your particulars by submitting form “181-Form of Registration for modification for Income Tax”.
- You will receive “PIN Codes” on user’s provided “Cell No.” and “Email Address”.
- Provide the received PIN Codes to the Facilitation Officer so that he shall enter the PIN Code into the system.
- If verified, you will get the login credentials and shall use them to login to Iris.
- By providing authority letter
- Provide authority letter to any authorized representative having permanent residence in Pakistan.
- The Authorized representative shall visit relevant tax office and provide following details to facilitation officer:
- Registration No. of Taxpayer
- Copy of Passport
- Email Address of Taxpayer
- Facilitation Officer shall modify the taxpayer’s particulars by submitting form “181-Form of Registration for modification for Income Tax”.
- The authorized representative will receive “PIN Codes” on user’s provided “Cell No.” and “Email Address”.
- Authorized representative shall provide PIN codes received codes via Email/SMS to the Facilitation Officer so that he shall enter the PIN Code into the system.
- If verified, you will get the login credentials and shall use them to login to Iris.
